Vincent è un abitante del villaggio che vive nella parte sud di Pelican Town. È un bambino, e spesso si trova con la sua migliore amica Jas. Ammira suo fratello e da grande vuole diventare come lui.

Vincent lives with his mother Jodi and his brother Sam. His father Kent is away at war in Year 1, but returns and lives with the family when he returns in Year 2. After reaching 8 hearts with both Vincent and Jas, enter Cindersap Forest during Spring on a sunny day between 6am and 5pm.

Vincent will explain how to clean Spring Onions by removing insects. Afterward, the player gains Spring Onion Mastery, which permanently increases the sell price of Spring Onions by 5x.
During the spring onion mastery cutscene, Vincent says "sp...spwing onion", suggesting he is unable to say his R's. This is the only time in the game he speaks like this.
