Se mantieni una relazione di 10 cuori con il tuo coniuge, hai già l'asilo nido e sei sposato da almeno 7 giorni, c'è una probabilità del 5% circa che ti chieda se vuoi avere un figlio. Se sei d'accordo, il bambino nascerà dopo 14 giorni e apparirà nella culla della scuola materna. Se dici "non ora", ci sarà una probabilità del ≈5% che il tuo coniuge te lo chieda di nuovo, ogni notte che sei sposato (e mantieni 10 cuori).
Per i primi 14 giorni nella nursery, il bambino continuerà a dormire. Dopo questo, inizierà a stare nella culla (tranne quando dorme) per altri 14 giorni, ma puoi giocarci. Quando questa fase è passata, gli sarà permesso di uscire dalla sua culla per altri 28 giorni per strisciare in casa tua durante il giorno.
Infine, il bambino entrerà nella fase del bambino per il resto della sua vita. Inizierà a dormire in uno dei letti della nursery, liberando la culla per un altro bambino (se non si hanno già due bambini).
Fai attenzione a non completare alcun pacchetto del [[Community Center]] / [[JojaMart]] la sera prima della nascita del bambino in quanto potrebbe far saltare l'evento.
