Willy spends most of his time fishing just outside his shop when not operating the sale counters at his [[Fish Shop|shop]]. He's often seen at [[The Stardrop Saloon|the saloon]] in evenings, especially during the [[winter]]. He lives close to [[Elliott]], the two of them are the only residents of [[The Beach|the beach]].
