Il Chicco di caffè è sia una Coltura che un seme piantabile. Coffee Beans grow and mature 10 days after being planted (and every 2 days thereafter) in either Primavera or Estate. Placing 5 Coffee Beans inside a Barilotto will produce Caffè.

They have a rare chance to drop from Dust Sprites (about 1%). They can also be purchased from the Carrello in viaggio's Special Stock for Gold.png2 500o (25% chance) or Standard Stock for Coin Icon100-1 000o.

When harvested, each plant gives four beans every two days, with a small random chance for more beans. Basic Fertilizer and Quality Fertilizer affect only the first bean from every harvest.

Nota che il gioco non considera il Chicco di caffè come un tipo di coltura standard. Essendo un seme, il suo prezzo di vendita non beneficia dalla Professione Dissodatore.

Coltura multi-stagionale

Coffee Beans may be planted in both Spring and Summer. There is no difference in their behavior in either season.

If a Coffee Bean plant (of any growth stage) is in the ground on the 28th of Spring, it will continue growing on the 1st of Summer as though nothing had changed. Fertilizer in the ground underneath a Coffee Bean plant on Spring 28 will not disappear on Summer 1.

Beni artigianali

Il gioco non considera il Caffè un Bene artigianale, quindi non beneficia della Professione Artigiano.

In order to make Caffè, 5 Coffee Beans from one stack must be put into the Keg. It is not possible, for example, to place 3 Coffee Beans of silver quality and 2 of gold quality into a Keg, because the different quality levels are not stackable with each other, and the Keg will only accept 5 Coffee Beans at a time.

Curiosità

Starting with one bean on the first of spring and re-planting all the beans you get from it will cause you to fill up the 3427 spaces on the Standard farm by the 13th of summer. You would be left with 71,698 beans not planted due to lack of room at the end of summer. If you were to start on the 5th of spring in year one, which is the first day you could buy coffee beans from the traveling merchant, you would fill up the farm on the 17th of summer, which is the last day to plant! The formula for calculating how many beans you will harvest = [beans harvested 2 days ago] + 4 × [number of seeds planted 10 days ago]
